Status order information:
After placing an order in the webshop, you will receive an e-mail notification with your order confirmation and order number.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number of your order and you can also track your order in your account page.

Returns and refunds
Return process:
To make a return, we invite you to contact our customer service at customercare@uspi.in.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of your return parcel. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card or Razorpay account within 7 to 10 working days.
